The Swoyambhunath Stupa: A famous pilgrimage site for Buddhists, is situated on a beautiful hill. It is a holy Stupa among the ancient Buddhist Mahachaitya of the Kathmandu valley. It is situated atop a hill that could be observed from almost every part of Kathmandu valley. The tourists call the Stupa ‘Monkey Temple’ as there are many monkeys living around the place.
The Kathmandu Durbar square: one of the three major palace areas of Kathmandu valley, is an ancient palace that carries significant historical importance. Compared to the other palaces squares in Bhaktapur and Lalitpur, this is the largest and possesses the finest examples of Newari craftsmanship on its temples monuments, and palace buildings built by different kings. Also, you will meet Living Goddess ‘Kumari’ inside Kathmandu Durbar Square premises.
The Pashupatinath Temple: Located at Gaushala, Deupatan area of Kathmandu, is a major pilgrimage site for the Hindus. According to the religious scriptures, Lord Pashupatinath is worshiped as the protective deity of the Hindus.
The Boudhanath Stupa: A very important religious site for the followers of Buddhism. It is located northeast from the Kathmandu city center. The Stupa is regarded as the center of faith for the Buddhists. The entire area is known as Boudha. This is also considered as the largest Stupa in Nepal.

After the good breakfast of the hotel in Kathmandu, we drive to Bandipur. The total distance of today’s drive is about 150 kilometers and it takes about four to five hours. Bandipur is a hill station that has retained its age-old cultural attributes, temples, shrines, sacred caves, and innumerable festivals.

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Pokhara, a short drive for a couple of hours; you reach the tourist hub Pokhara. Pokhara lies at an altitude of 915 meters above sea level and it is a city of Lakes in central Nepal. Also, Pokhara is the gateway to Annapurna Base Camp and another popular trail in the Himalaya. Phewa Lake, Bararhi temple, Sarangkot, 2-story pagoda are the main highlights of Pokhara city.
This day, you will boat around Phewa lake and have free time for self-explore around Lakeside in the evening.

Early morning sunrise view from Sarangkot from the altitude of 1700 meters above sea level. About half an hour’s drive from the hotel early in the morning before sunrise, you will reach to Sarangkot to enjoy the stunning views of the Annapurna massif including the Fishtail and Pokhara valley view. On the way back to the hotel to have breakfast, visit Bindabasini Temple en-route.
After breakfast, take a short drive to World Peace Stupa and visit Davis fall and back to the hotel.
Evening: free time for self-explore around Phewa Lake

From Pokhara, we will drive towards the Lumbini via Tansen. We can drive for several hours through the hilly road to reach the Lumbini – the birthplace of the Lord Buddha. Lumbini is the Buddhist pilgrimage site. According to Buddhist traditions, Queen Mahamayadevi gave birth to Siddhartha Gautam in 563 B.C who became Buddha after the enlightenment.
The night will be near Lumbini at one of the local hotels or lodges. All meals are included.
Today we will wake up early in the morning and after having breakfast we will begin our visit to the Lumbini. We can visit the important archeological places of the Lumbini where we can enjoy the great view of the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha. Besides, we can also visit the museum which will enable us to know more about Buddhism and other several things related to Lord Buddha and his ancient history. Similarly, we can visit different places in the Lumbini in our leisure time.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square: BDS is one of the major tourist attractions of Kathmandu valley. It served as the Capital of Nepal during the Mall kingdom until 1769 AD. The courtyards, temples, palace buildings, statues, and monuments inside the square were constructed in different eras by Newari artists. Some of the major monuments and temples inside the Bhaktapur Durbar Square are the Golden Gate., 55- Window palace Big Bell, Dog barking Bell, Siddhilaxmi Temple, Taleju Bhawani Temple, Statue of King Bhupendra Mall, National art Gallery and Vatshala Temple and etc. In the Newari dialect, the Bhaktapur Durbar Square is known as “Layaku.”
Patan Durbar Square: PDS is the main attraction of the Lalitpur district. Enlisted in the UNESCO world heritage site, this courtyard has earned a distinct place for works in the field of arts and architecture that reflect on each temple, monument, and palace building that were mostly built during the Malla period between the 16th, 17th, and 18th century. The square offers myriad opportunities for visitors willing to study and research the artistic and architectural masterpieces, history, and culture of Lalitpur. Foreign visitors are required to buy tickets to enter the Durbar Square.

Today’s program is flexible and instead of the Chandragiri hill trip, you may choose any other trips around Kathmandu valley like hiking, pilgrimage trip to Dakshinkali, Chovar, Budalilakanta, and etc. However, it is requested to choose one program for the whole group.

Accommodation: Accommodation is in twin rooms in cities unless a special request is made for a single supplement with an additional fee. Accommodation is in twin or dormitory at lodges on the trek, especially in a peak season, it is difficult to find single/twin rooms in the mountains. Our main focus is to provide clean and safe rooms to our valued guests.
Meals: Basically, every package we offer includes breakfast; lunch, and dinner are provided based on the cost we offer on the tour. In Bhutan, every package is on a full board plan that includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. During the trek, we provide all meals where you will need to pay extra for drinking water and snacks.
Nepal Visa: Every traveler from any country who wanted to visit Nepal needs to obtain a Nepal Visa. A Nepal Tourist Visa can be obtained on arrival and some countries need a visa before traveling to Nepal. Make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months from the Tour Start Date. Make sure to obtain a multi-entries Nepal Visa if you are planning cross-country tours.
Bhutan Visa Clearance: Every traveler from any country who wanted to visit Bhutan needs to obtain a Bhutan Visa Clearance before the travel to Bhutan. We obtain your Bhutan visa; you need to send your color scanned clear passport copy. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the Tour Start Date. Before flying to Bhutan, a Visa Clearance will be sent to you from your tour operator, you have to print the clearance paper and show it at the Druk Air/Bhutan Airlines counter during the Check-in. Tibet Group Visa (TGV): Every traveler from any country who wanted to visit Tibet from Nepal needs to obtain a Tibet Group Visa (TGV) in Kathmandu through the help of a tour operator. Make sure to land in Kathmandu 3-4 working days before the travel date t process for TGV. If you are traveling from China, no TGV is required, a Chinese Visa & Permit are needed, though. Nepal & Bhutan: Nepal and Bhutan share the climate from high mountains to the low land sub-tropical plains and jungles.
